Hello

Hello fellow stampers! So, this started out to be a guy card. I thought maybe the colors were a little more manly. Yeah, notsomuch. Between the felt flowers and flourishy hello it just evolved into this. Not too shabby. I'm just no good at guy cards so I'm not even going to try today.

Bright and Cheery

I thought today would be a good day to post a bright and cheery card. Super simple layout (that seems to be my theme lately) and great colors. Our weather is overcast and muggy and yucky. Just perfect for stamping!

Simple Layouts

Here's a couple of cards I made yesterday using a super simple layout. I'm still having fun with my felt flowers and found a few on-line resources for wool felt. I'm sure it's just a phase, but I sure am having fun! Hope you are all having a wonderful week.

Fun with felt flowers

Good Monday morning! I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. I was lucky enough to get breakfast in bed! Who doesn't love a bowl of chocolate cheerios swimming in milk, two semi toasted english muffins and a glass of water! My son is the best!

I've been in this felt flower craze ever since my friend Angi told me to use wool felt to die cut my flowers. It works like a charm! Thanks Angi! Now I just need to get better flower dies!

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's in my life! Even if you're Mom to two dogs, (love you sis) you're still a Mom and deserve to be celebrated! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend celebrating with the special people in your life!

AWE isn't he cute? This is what I have to contend with whenever I'm in the craft room and Daddy isn't home. I was thinking, " he can't possibly be comfortable," right up until he stared to snore! So I grabbed the camera and snapped this shot. He is ALWAYS under foot. I've tripped over him, rolled over him in my chair and watched him use my paper packs as pillows. What ever would I do if I didn't have a 90lb lab to step over??

Have you hugged your puppy today? I did!

Birthday Wishes

How cute is this little Elzybells fairy? I thought she would be perfect for a little girl's birthday card so, that's what I did. I love this nesty shape too. It gives it that sort of mirror mirror on the wall look.
