Love this set!

I thought I'd put up a couple of new cards for you guys to enjoy. Since I have to work all week next week I wont have a chance to stamp. Not to mention I am COMPLETELY addicted to crocheting right now. It's hard to have crafters OCD...too bad I can't crochet with one hand and stamp with the other all at the same time!

This two step stampin' set was given to me a while back from my friend and SU demo. Now that a know how to use it, I LOVE it. It makes the most elegant cards, don't you think? It really came in handy when I had to make a sympathy card lickity split.

I hope you all have a great week and find time to create!!

Forever

This card turned out so good I just had to share. It took me about 4 tries to get the background stamping right. I hate it when I ruin good Bazzill card stock. At least Michaels carries it now, so it's not too bad. I love pink and brown together too.

More Love

I wasn't sure how this card was going to turn out when I started it. Seems like the more I added the more I liked it. The colors are very non-traditional, but I think it works!

Love

I thought it was about time I get back in the craft room and create again. With work and the holidays I haven't spent any time in here in weeks. It feels good to create again! I'm a little slow on the ideas, but I know my juju will start to flow again once I really get going. Valentines Day will be here soon (can you believe it?) so here's a first with hopefully more to come.

Hope you all are having a great start to the new year and getting some creating done.

Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a great New Years Eve! It's cold, wet, and rainy here in Northern CA. We need the rain, so I'm not complaining. And as an added bonus, I seem to do my best crafting when the weather is bad. I also started a new hobby. I know, just what I need...more craft supplies! Actually it's a pretty inexpensive hobby and considering I already had the crochet hooks from when I was a little girl, I'm all set. So far I've made three scarves and a hat. It's pretty fun and some day I'll take on a little more challenging project. If I figure out how to photograph some of the scarves I'll post them. Until then I hope 2009 is treating all of you well!
